In implementation of Directive 2011/24/EU and with reference to Article 8, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree No. 38 of 03/04/2014, this section dedicated to "Cross-border Care" is prepared with references to regional legislation on the current tariffs. In particular, as requested by the Minister of Health (GAB0012091-P-30/10/2017), the following are published:

REGIONAL REGULATION REFERENCE:
